Defining Your Search Needs

We conduct detailed conversations with all the key decision-makers in your organization who will be part of this hiring process in order to establish a thorough understanding of the following:

  • Specific needs of your organization.
  • Position responsibilities.
  • Essential job qualifications.
  • Compensation and benefits package.
  • Number of interview steps required by the organization.
  • Key characteristics of the ideal candidate.

Conducting the Search

The search begins by choosing among local, regional and or national search options. Within these target regions we then source relevant candidates using such methods as a search of pre-screened candidates on file in our office database, networking with industry professionals, personal contacts, internet research, and communication with other MRI offices and their databases. We also research new sources for each specific type of candidate.

Submission of Candidates

After identifying potential candidates, we screen them based on the job qualifications and requirements and the match between the needs and preferences of both the candidates and the client. We then present to you the best qualified individual(s) who show a definite interest in your organization.

Interviewing Stage

We coordinate the scheduling of telephone and face to face interviews, and travel arrangements, for selected candidates. We collect prior employment references on the final candidates. Full Background checks are also available for clients who request them. We debrief our clients and candidate(s) after each interview step and determine which candidates will continue further in the selection process.

Extending an Offer

Once a candidate is selected for hire, we serve as a negotiation link between the organization and the candidate; and facilitate the process of job and salary offer and acceptance. We also offer guidance to the candidate during the sometimes awkward resignation process.

Relocation Services

For employers who do not already have a relocation company, Management Recruiters offers an affiliation with FAS, a company that specializes in relocation assistance. Candidates can work directly with FAS representatives, and take advantage of the wide variety of services offered from initial house hunting to moving day.

Placement Follow-Up

We keep in touch with our client companies and candidates for months after the candidates' start dates to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible for both parties.

Evaluation of Services

As MR Morgantown is a customer-oriented organization, and hopes to satisfy our clients' needs in a professional manner, we send customer surveys to all of our clients quarterly. We then make improvements to our services, when necessary, based upon their comments.
