Therefore, Management Recruiters of Morgantown offers a choice of search options as a link to addressing each client's unique staffing needs. Employers may choose either a retained or contingency search process.

RETAINED SEARCH DETAILS

• A professional recruiter will be assigned as the client's key contact with our office and will be responsible for coordinating the search efforts and communicating with the client at every step of the process.
• The recruiter will obtain complete details from the client on the position vacancy, candidate qualifications, organizational culture, interview steps, compensation & benefits package. The recruiter will then design a search process that meets the client's specific needs.
• A commitment is made by MR Morgantown to devote its time to the search until its completion.
• Recruited candidates are presented exclusively to the client and the client offers its exclusivity to MR Morgantown as the only recruitment firm working on the specific assignment.
• A replacement guarantee of 90 days is provided by MR Morgantown.
• The service charge is 30% of the candidate's first year's compensation (including base salary, bonuses & commissions) payable as follows:
  • 1/3 of estimated 1st year's salary payable upon signing of the contract and the beginning of the search process.
  • 1/3 of estimated 1st year's salary payable upon presentation of a short list of candidates.
  • Final 1/3 due within 10 days of the candidate's start date.
• MR Morgantown will screen candidates in person or video-conferencing upon request with reimbursement to MR Morgantown for the additional expenses incurred.

CONTINGENCY SEARCH DETAILS

• A professional recruiter will speak with the client and obtain complete details about the vacant position, required candidate qualifications and the compensation package. Candidates who meet these criteria will be referred to the client as identified.
• No defined time commitment is made by the recruiter.
• Candidates are not necessarily presented exclusively to the client.
• A replacement guarantee of 30 days is provided by MR Morgantown
• The service charge is 30% of the candidate's first year's salary payable within 10 days of the candidate's start date.
• No up-front financial commitment is required from the client. A service fee is only due if a candidate is hired.
• MR Morgantown will screen candidates via video-conferencing upon request with reimbursement to MR Morgantown for the additional expenses incurred.

MULTIPLE POSITION SEARCHES

If key clients contract with MR Morgantown for multiple position searches, discounted rates may be negotiated based on the number of candidates placed annually with the employer.
