A minimum of 10 years experience in increasingly responsible roles in hospital facility management required. Degree in mechanical engineering or related fields preferred. Grade 1 Stationery Engineer license required or must obtain within the first year of employment.

Three years surgical clinical experience, including minimum of two years in a leadership position.
Minimum of two years of progressively responsible surgery/materials management experience. Graduate from an approved nursing program. Bachelor’s degree required, Masters preferred.
Current registration in surgery technology or CNOR.
Current RN state license required.
Current CPR certification required
A. Education: Degree from a qualified nursing school, BSN and MSN preferred. Current Virginia State license or eligible for licensure. Current BSN required, Masters preferredBLS certification.
Experience: Minimum of three (3) years relevant nursing experience and demonstrated leadership ability. Membership in at least one professional organization.
Five years working in central sterile processing, manufacturing, logistics, or assembly in a healthcare environment which must include three years in a demonstrated leadership or supervisory role. Requires a minimum of an Associate’s degree.Experience beyond the work experience requirement may be substituted for the degree on 2 years of experience for 1 year of education basis .i.e. 4 years. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Course work in medical terminology, quality assurance, quality control, and business management required on an ongoing basis. Required Licensure Certification, etc. Certification through the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CPSPD) as a Central Supply Processing Department Technician (CSPDT) or certification through International Association of Healthcare Central Service Materiel Management (IAHCSMM) as a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) within 12 months of hire is required.
BS degree required. BSN preferred. Masters Degree is also preferred but not required. 3-5 years of leadersgip experience. Strong OR experience. Communication expertise. Need to bring new ideas and skillsets to the team.
Five (5) years medical records experience, Three (3) years ICD-9-CM coding & Three (3) years CPT coding. Associate’s Degree in Health Information Technology.
Associate’s Degree in Health Information Technology or Bachelor’s Degree in Health Information Management. Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) or Registered Health Information Technicial (RHIT) credential, as appropriate.
This position strongly prefers a candidate to have earned a Master’s degree in Health Administration (MHA) or Business Administration (MBA), however, will consider professionals possessing an undergraduate degree only with equivalent clinical/technical related experience. Additional certifications, such as a RN, will be viewed positively.
