Graduation from an ACPE accredited School of Pharmacy with a BS or PharmD degree. Five years pharmacy supervisory/management experience in a hospital setting is preferred. Retail pharmacy experience is a plus.
Must possess Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (AART). Must obtain RCIS within two years of hire date. Minimum of four (4) years recent experience in interventional cardiac cath lab. Prior experience with general vascular, coronary angiography, and electrophysiology.
Masterís Degree in Hospital or Business Administration or Nursing and Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing. Five years of progressive leadership experience. Minimum three years of director level experience in a cardiovascular program.
Position requires a CCS. Minimum of a High School diploma with a minimum of 7 years of inpatient coding experience OR an Associateís degree & 3 years of inpatient coding experience OR Prefers a Bachelorís degree and 3 years of inpatient coding experience. Prefer RHIT or RHIA degrees. AHIMA inpatient coding assessment will be required to be taken prior to hire. Must be conversant in, with an advanced knowledge of: ICD-9-CM, CPT, APRDRGs, DRGs. Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point. Knowledge of Access. Knowledge of other programming languages a plus. Prefer auditing experience.
Associateís Degree or Bachelorís Degree in nursing or related healthcare or administrative field preferred. Five years experience in field required upon date of hire. Minimum one-year experience in a leadership role preferred.
