Once a client requests our services, a specific recruiter is assigned to lead the search assignment. The recruiter will first LISTEN to obtain the full details on the position, responsibilities, qualifications, salary range, employee benefits, and characteristics you are searching for in your ideal candidate. Information regarding the organizational structure, corporate culture, geographic location(s), corporate affiliations and related selling points are also collected. Then a customized search plan will be developed and implemented based on that information and the most likely source(s) for identifying the ideal candidate(s). Key search details regarding the client's willingness to offer sign-on bonuses, or pay for interview travel expenses, relocation expenses, and house hunting trips etc. will help us determine if the search should be local, regional or national. The recruiter will provide the client with regular status reports until the assignment is filled.
