Vickie is MBA prepared and has twenty years of experience in Human Resources. Her generalist Human Resources background in training and orientation, employee relations, and employment law allows her to communicate in a knowledgeable fashion with professionals and clients. Ms. Adams' twenty plus years of recruitment experience allows her the ability to understand the costs associated with staffing vacancies and recruitment campaigns. Ms. Adams also has extensive experience in compensation and benefits, providing her with in-depth knowledge in negotiating with candidates and in presenting client employers' total compensation packages to assist in the final recruitment stage of job offers and acceptances.
